Qi And Nourishing Yin Treatment Of Systemic Lu Pus Erythematosus (Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: This study through the observation to know qi and nourishing Yin method in the treatment of systemic luPus erythematosus(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome tyPe)the aPPlication of the clinical curative effect and immune regulation,assessment of luPus Patients in clinical sym Ptoms before and after medication,disease activity index(SLEDIA),laboratory index,Part of the immune index and safety treatment,to understand the clinical value of TCM qi and nourishing Yin method used in the treatment of SLE,for traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of systemic luPus erythematosus(SLE).Methods: This research adoPts the oPen exPeriment,its contrast before and after the treatment,randomly selected systemic luPus erythematosus(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)Patients,15 cases by giving chengdu university hosPital of traditional Chinese medicine's Professor Ai rudi treatment of SLE(qi and Yin deficiency tyPe)qi and ex Perience,clinical sym Ptoms were observed before and after 3 courses of treatment,Chinese medicine sym Ptom integral,disease activity index and laboratory indexes and the change of the Part of the immune index,comPared with 10 health grouP.Results:(1)sym Ptoms,Patients after treatment can imProve the macula,oral ulcer,insomnia,hair loss,dry mouth GanYan,edema,hand,foot and heart qi Yin deficiency of sym Ptoms such as fever,statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),but the joint Pain sym Ptoms imProvement is not obvious,there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),were significantly lower after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Patients with sym Ptoms integral,statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P < 0.05);(2)in terms of TCM sym Ptoms curative effect evaluation,the total effective rate was 80.00%;(3)in the asPect of disease activity,and after treatment in Patients with SLEDAI were reduced,before and after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.001);(4)hormone dosage,dosage of hormone in Patients withreduced after treatment,before and after treatment with significant difference(P <0.001);(5)laboratory indicators,after treatment the WBC,FY,HGB,PLT four indicators were rising,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),some Patients before treatment and 24 hours urinary Protein,quantitative treatment has no obvious downtrend,no statistical difference(P > 0.05);(6)immune indicators,C3 and C4 are significantly increased after treatment(P < 0.05);Before treatment the serum IL 17 is significantly higher than healthy grouP(P < 0.05),after treatment serum IL a 17 comPared with before treatment significantly decreased(P < 0.05);Before treatment the serum IL-23 is significantly higher than healthy grouP(P < 0.05),significantly lower than the before treatment,after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.01);Before treatment serum TGF-beta significantly lower than the healthy grouP(P <0.05),after treatment serum TGF-beta comPared with before treatment significantly increased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The use of Yin qi exPerience side can imProve the Part of the clinical sym Ptoms,lower TCM syndrome score,SLEDAI score,for Patients with disorder of immune function has certain regulation,in middle and later Periods of the systemic luPus erythematosus(SLE)under the condition of gas Yin deficiency of qi and nourishing Yin method can effectively control the condition,thus imProve the quality of life of the Patients;At the same time can also reduce the dosage of glucocorticoid and use time,to alleviate the adverse reaction of its,reduce its side effects,achieve the goal of attenuated synergies.
