With the enhancement of nation and the development of science and technology across the world, people's living standards have generally been improved. The improvement of medical and public health has also increased people's life expectancy. Many kinds of diseases come with the survival time of individuals.Hypertension prevalence rate of residents in our country in general is on the rise, and cardiovascular disease caused by a number of hypertension poses a great threat to the human body and economic, for the prevention and treatment of hypertension disease is urgently needed. The factors that affect individuals with hypertension are complex and vary from person to person. The purpose of this paper is to explore the social property, health, diet and lifestyle which may affect in individuals with high blood pressure as well as the influence degree of factors, and through the analysis of generalized mixed effects models giv ing persuasive. We will use the data collected by the China health and nutrition survey from four surveys in China from 2004 to 2011 for example analysis. We first analyzed the harm and severe situation of hypertension and determined the selection of relevant indicators in the study by reading a large number of literatures. Then, after processing the whole data,we obtained the adult hypertension data and finished the description work.Secondly, the longitudinal data will be analyzed by fitting logistic mixed effect model.AIC and BIC were used as evaluation criteria to compare the models formed by different combinations of variables,so as to complete the work of variable selection and obtain the final model. The results showed that the variables that significantly affected hypertension included age, gender, labor intensity, energy and carbohydrate intake, waist circumference and body mass index. Finally,we analyzed and explained the fitting results of the model, and put forward some Suggestions for nutrition health and prevention of hypertens ion.
