Objective: To understand the current status of treatment of tumors, medication laws and adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide scientific basis for the treatment of cancer research by traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:(1)Literature research: search academic literature database, using descriptive statistical analysis methods to analyze the literature of high incidence of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer. The main indicators included efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions.(2)Real world research methods were used to collect inpatients from the Department of Oncology of Sichuan Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017.Chi-square test, logistic regression, complex network analysis, pharmacoeconomics, and survival analysis were used to analyze of the clinical data of Chinese herbal medicines,Chinese patent medicines, preliminary discussion on the use of drugs for cancer treatment, analysis of the occurrence of adverse drug reactions to tumors, and explore the clinical application of drugs in the treatment of tumors.Results:(1)Literature research: The literatures meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria included 26 lung cancers,44 colorectal cancers, and 15 breast cancers. The effective rates of remission of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer were: 27.78%-96.49%,12.50%-92.59%,and 50.00%-97.50%,respectively.The effective rates of remission in Western medicine group were: 20.59%-72.09%,6.25%-66.67%,40.74%-78.95%.The improvement rates of quality of life for lung cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer were: 20.00%-85.71%,12.50%-80.00%,42.86%-61.76%,and the survival quality improvement rate for Western medicine group: 15.00%-51.43%.7.69%-45.00%,19.64%-35.14%.The main clinical manifestations of adverse reactions of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer are: nausea and vomiting,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,etc.(2)A total of 2223 cases were collected in this study,1172 males(52.72%)and 1,051 females(47.28%),with an average age of 60.65.The difference between age and gender was statistically significant(P?0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and combined hypertension were the influencing factors of qi and blood deficiency syndrome;gender and age were the influencing factors of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;drinking and combined hypertension were the influencing factors of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;Age,smoking, and combined hypertension are the factors that affect the accumulation of phlegm and dampness. The most common types of patients with lung cancer and colorectal cancer are qi and blood deficiency syndromes. The most common type of breast cancer is qi stagnation of liver and phlegm coagulating syndrome.Compared with syndromes and the disease types, there were significant differences(P?0.05).The most widely used prescriptions was self-made prescriptions of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer.Secondly, the use of Decoction of Cyperus and Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients for lung cancer and colorectal cancer and Xiaoyao san for breast cancer was the largest. The difference between disease and prescription is statistically significant(P?0.05).2223 patients used 3813 prescriptions, involving 342 flavors of herbs,19 types of drugs,47,788 times of the frequency, the average use of 12.74 flavors,236.96 g.The use of tonic drugs was the highest, and the drugs of qi was the highest in tonic medicines. The traditional Chinese medicines used in lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer involve 19 categories. The complex network analysis has a visualization map and syndrome differentiation. The main herbs are Licorice,Atractylodes,Angelica.Shenqi Fuzheng Injection was the highest frequency of use in traditional Chinese medicine injections, and Diyushengbai tablet was the highest frequency in oral preparation.A total of 133 cases(5.98%)of adverse drug reactions occurred,of which serious adverse reactions occurred only in 5 cases(0.22%).Twenty cases of adverse reactions occurred in TCM preparations(0.90%),and 113 cases(5.08%)occurred in western medicine preparations.Through economic evaluation and analysis,Shenyi Fuzheng Injection,Kangai Injection,Shenqi and Kangai combined use of three groups of proprietary Chinese medicines for tumor treatment,no difference in survival rate(P> 0.05),the use of Kangai injection is the lowest cost.Conclusions:(1)Analysis of literature shows that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction used in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was treated with Qi and strengthening the body. The rate of improvement in the efficacy and quality of life of the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was higher than that of the Western medicine group. The clinical manifestations of adverse reactions mainly involved the digestive system and the blood system.(2)Real world research: The number of male patients with cancer is more than female, and the male with 61-70 years of age is a group of high-risk age.Rectifying qi deficiency, clearing away heat and detoxification are the main principles of cancer treatment.Shenqi Fuzheng Injection has the highest frequency of use in traditional Chinese medicine injections.Different types of cancer for comparative analysis: the most common type of syndrome is qi and blood deficiency syndrome of lung cancer and colorectal cancer;the most common type of breast cancer is syndrome of liver qi stagnation and phlegm coagulating. The syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis was common syndrome of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer.Licorice root,Atractylodes macrocephala, and Angelica sinensis are core medicines. In traditional Chinese medicine injections,Kangai injection is more economical.
