| Bloodletting therapy has a long history.In ancient times,it was called "QiMai" and "acupuncture".The main method is to use a needle or a small knife to discharge a certain amount of blood on the blood acupuncture point or at the lesion,In order to adjust the body’s breath and blood balance to achieve the purpose of treatment.In this experiment,the craniocerebral injury model of awake rats was treated with blood-letting therapy of the twelve acupoints,To accurately verify the therapeutic effect of blood-letting therapy on craniocerebral injury model rats by measuring indicators of brain water content and nerve scores,To achieve the effect of bloodletting therapy on craniocerebral injury model of awake rats.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Blank control group(n=10),model control group(n=15),model treatment group(n=15).Models of rat craniocerebral trauma in both control and treatment groups was established by free-fall,The blank control group did not do any working.Model treatment group rats treated for 3 days,Immediate bloodletting after finished the rat craniocerebral trauma,Bloodletting every 12 hours,Rats in each group were killed and brains taken after bloodletting treatment for 7 times,The water content is measured by the wet and dry method,Neurological scores mNSS of rats were used to detect the recovery of neurological symptoms,The ELISA kits detects the EPO content in peripheral blood.Pathological anatomical observations models,there were significant edema and hemorrhage lesions in the control group,Blood-brain barrier integrity is destroyed in varying degrees,And individual rats brain tissue have necrosis.Rats in the model treatment group had mild symptoms,No necrosis.EPO is more effective anti-apoptotic,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,and accelerated tissue Regeneration and other protective effects,The blood EPO level in peripheral blood of the bloodletting group rats was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.Proven blood-letting therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on rat craniocerebral trauma.Neurological improvement mNSS score results and brain water content test result display.The index of the modeling group rats was higher than that of the blank group,indicating that the model was established successfully.Comparison between model treatment group and model control group,mNSS score and brain water content of model treatment group rats indicators is downward trend.The above experiment dates shows the conclusion:(1)The neurological improvement mNSS score results and brain water content test results showed that the model group was higher than the blank group,the model was established successfully.(2)After the bloodletting treatment,the EPO content was significantly increased.The bloodletting therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on brain trauma.(3)Bloodletting therapy relieves intracranial hypertension and protects the blood-brain barrier,Relieving the secondary reaction caused by brain trauma to some extent,There is a certain therapeutic effect on that when rats craniocerebral injury in conscious tense. |
