Part ? Hisense computer assisted surgery system precisely and individually measure Chinese children's liver volume and big data analysisObjective:In order to calculate the liver volume precisely with the help of a validated software and workstation of Hisense Computer Assisted Surgury System and make big data analysis.To build children's standard liver volume in China and make our own contributions to medical and scientific research.Methods:We used Hisense CAS to calculate liver volumes according to plenty of CT scans searched from 696 normal individuals(457 cases of which is thin-layer enhanced CT scans,male 201 and female 256;239 cases of which is Plain CT scans,male 129 and 110female).Next we three-dimensionally reconstructed liver,gall bladder,blood vessels.We respectively seperated them into 19 groups,and then we added and worked with this volume data statistically.And we gained the correlationship and Linear regression equation.We tried to respectively declear that whether there is a relationship between liver volume and age,and whether there is an appearent difference between both genders.Results:0-3 years old group : y = 9.344x+198.68(P < 0.05,r = 0.8611).4-6 years old group :y = 5.2283x+309(P < 0.05,r = 0.6142).7-12 years old group : y = 71.252 x + 272.63(P< 0.05,r = 0.8010).13-18 years old group : y=40.571x+657.82(P < 0.05,r = 0.5774).Conclusions:Hisense CAS could precisely calculate the liver volume.Pediatric liver volume differs according to age.This research has originally developed the standard rule of Chinese children's liver volume,and there will be a certain reference value in pediatric liver regeneration and pediatric liver function assessment.And it will be able to work for domestic pediatric hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation.Part 2 Clinical application of Chinese adult's liver volume based on Hisense CAS and big data analysisObjective: Applying Hisense CAS Computer Assisted Surgery System to obtain the liver volume of Chinese in all ages(more than 18 years)and to commit large data analysis,to establish Chinese standard liver volume range and to provide reference value for medical and scientific research.Methods: 2-D CT scan files were reconstructed by Hisense CAS in 760 Chinese(coming from different districts and different nations)with no certain and clear history of all kinds of liver diseases,among which we reconstructed liver,gallblader biliary ducts and portal vein and hepatic vein and hepatic artery vessels with enhanced CT scan files in451 cases(222 males and 229 females),and also we only reconstructed the certain liver with Plain CT scan files in 309 cases(155 males and 154 females).At last we divided these data into 7 groups according to their age(ranging from 1 day to 100 years)and summed all the liver volume precisely calculated by Hisense computer assisted surgery system and the gender difference has also been considered,respectively.Results: There is a significant difference of liver volume in different genders observed in certain groups aged 18-60 years old(P < 0.05)with no apparent Linear relationshp;In certain group aged from 60-100 years old,the liver volume in male is normally larger than that in female;and the negative Linear relationship is y =-15.301x+2231.5(r = 0.7988,P < 0.05).LV=11.528BH-906.72;LV=9.752 BW + 508.17.Conclusion: The change of liver volume becomes inapparent after adloscence.Our study has initially established a atandard range of liver volume in Chinese adults and it will have a reference value in liver regeneration,hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation and other different fields.
