Objective:The changes of the left ventricular longitudinal radial and circumferential systolic function of hypertensive patients were measured by two dimensional speckle tracking Imaging, which was used to evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods:We selected 110 patients with primary hypertension and 30 healthy controls in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016.According to left ventricular mass index and relative wall thickness 110 patients were divided into normal left ventricular configuration(LVN group)and left ventricular remodeling group(as group),as group is further divided into centripetal refactoring, centripetal hypertrophy group and concentric hypertrophy group.Using GE Vivid 7 Dimension color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument,M3 S ultra wide frequency electronic phased array probe with frequency of1.7~3.4 MHz.The instrument is equipped with m-mode ultrasound,two-dimensional ultrasound, doppler ultrasound, speckle tracking two-dimensional strain imaging and other technologies, and equipped with Echo PAC PC 7.0 offline analysis software.Three cardiac cycles were collected in the left ventricle, three, four, and the left ventricular short axis, the middle segment and the near apex. Each data was measured three times and averaged.Results:(1)There is no difference in basic data(Age,Height,Weight,Course of illness, etc)among the selected patients, which is suitable for further study;(2)Compared with the control group,LVDd,IVSTd were different(P<0.05).There were differences between LVR and LVN in LVDd,IVSTd,LVPWTd and LVMI(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between groups E,A,E/A,and LVEF(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between groups A,B and C(P>0.05).(3)The first wall of the basement, the basement wall under the peak period of longitudinal strain, basal partition wall, basement wall section, basement before the peak period of radial strain, the middle wall section, middle wall under the peak period of radial strain, apex each segmental radial strain peaks exist significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the values of the other segments(P > 0.05).(4)There were significant differences in the strain values between LVR and LVN groups(P<0.05).(5)There was A significant difference in the strain values of each segment of A,B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:2D-STI technology can clearly show the differences among groups, thus evaluating the left ventricular systolic function, which is a direct and objective indicator of myocardial contractility.
