Objective:Through following-up of the anti-tuberculosis efficacy of85 patients, retrospective analysis the characteristics of tuberculous peritonitis,to provide references for the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis. Methods : 85 patients with TBP diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2012 to October2016 were followed up for anti-tuberculosis treatment(3month-12month)and retrospectively analyzed their clinical features. Results : Diagnostic coincidence rate of these patients is 78%.The positive rate of laparoscopy and pathology was the highest(100%),followed by abdominal CT scan(94%).For younger than 40 years of age, diagnostic coincidence rate of abdominal CT examination is up to100%,the diagnostic rate gradually decreased with the age increased. Conclusions:The clinical manifestations of Tuberculous peritonitis are not specific, the sensitivity laboratory testing is poor,Laparoscopy and pathology is the gold standard for the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis, but clinical implementation is difficult. Therefore, abdominal CT combinedwith the age of patients, using excluded diagnostic method,is the key to the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis.
