Purpose: To investigate the effect of different early fluid resuscitation programs in the treatment of sever acute pancreatitis.Method: According to the different ways of early fluid resuscitation,41 patients with acute severe pancreatitis in our hospital from September2012 to September 2017 was divided into experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, the solution of crystal & colloid combined with fluid was used as a solution of early fluid resuscitation for sever acute pancreatitis, with a total of 18 people.Meanwhile the control group was only using crystal as an early liquid resuscitation scheme,a total of 23 people. The mortality, the number of days of hospitalization, the time in ICU and the incidence of the complication were compared to evaluate the effect and significance of different solutions in the early fluid resuscitation of severe acute pancreatitis.Result: The average hospitalization time of the test group was 22.61 d and the median hospitalization time was 17.5(13 to 26.5)d,the average length of hospital stay of the control group was 20.3 d,and the median hospitalization time was 20(13.5 to 25.5)d.In the experimental group, the average occupancy of ICU time was: 11.61 d,the median occupancy of ICU time was: 7.5(7 to 12.5)d;the control group had an average of ICU time of 11.65 days, the middle of the ICU time: 10(8.5 to 14.5)d.There was no significant difference in hospitalization time and ICU time between the two groups(P > 0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 50%,the mortality rate was 11.1%,and the recurrence rate was 22.2%.The complication rate in the control group was 47%,the mortality rate was 13%,and the recurrence rate was 26.1%.Statistically,there was no significant difference in complication rate, mortality rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Our research confirms that there is no evidence that the selection of crystals and colloids in the early fluid resuscitation scheme will have a significant impact on the clinical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
