| Objective(ARFI)imaging in the diagnosis of sialadenosis in patients with Sjogren's syndrome(SS)and to explore its application value in the evaluation of disease activity.Methods rheumatology and immunology of the hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled,and the inflammatory and immune indexes of these patients were recorded at the same time.Another 29 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the control group.By using Virtual Touch Tissues Quantification(VTQ)technique,ARFI imaging was performed on bilateral parotid and submandibular gland in all subjects,and the Shear Wave Velocity(SWV)value was obtained.The Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn to obtain the best cutoff value for SWV diagnosis of SS.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze whether there was a correlation between SWV values and blood indicators.Results group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The cutoff value,sensitivity,specificity,Youden index and the area under ROC for SWV with ARFI imaging diagnosing the parotid gland lesions of SS were 2.14m/s,94.7%,86.2%,0.809,0.971,respectively.The cutoff value,sensitivity,specificity,Youden index and the area under ROC for SWV with ARFI imaging diagnosing the submandibular gland lesions of SS were 1.94m/s,86.8%,82.8%,0.696,0.899,respectively.The SWV values of parotid gland had shown positive correlation with the ESR,the levels of Ig G and RF(r = 0.588,0.532,0.323,P = 0.000,0.001,0.048).There was a positive correlation between the SWV values of submandibular gland and the levels of IgG,ESR and IgA(r = 0.423,0.363,0.513,P = 0.008,0.025,0.001).Conclusions the diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome,which can provide the salivary gland stiffiness values quantitatively.On the other hand,there is a correlation between the SWV values of salivary gland and blood indicators,suggesting that ARFI imaging can reflect disease activity and evaluate curative effect. |
