Purpose To explore the clinical relationship between anti-SSB antibody and female patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome. Methods The clinical manifestations and datum of sixty-three primary Sjogren's syndrome female patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result Anti-SSB antibody positive were associated with recurrent parotid enlargement, hyperglobulinemia,RF positive, anemia and anti-Ro52 antibody positive,anti-ACA antibody negative. When comparing the antiRo52+SSA+SSB+ group with the anti-Ro52+SSA+SSB-group,the probability of hyperglobulinemia,RF positive and anti-ACA antibody negative was significantly higher in the former. For anti SSB positive and anti SSB negative groups,anti-Ro52+SSA+SSB+ group and anti-Ro52+SSA+SSB-group,the formers had significantly higher levels of median of ESR,RF and IgG.Spearman analysis showed that anti-SSB antibody titers were positively correlated with RF,IgG and ESR levels, and there was no correlation with age, course of disease,IgM,IgA,CRP,and hs-CRP.Conclusions For unexplained recurrent parotid enlargement, hyperglobulinemia,RF positive, early anti-SSB detection should be performed, the primary Sjogren's syndrome patients with anti-SSB positive should be followed up. |
