The Research Progress Of Toll-like Receptors 2 Relationship With Gastrointestinal Diseases

Toll-like receptors is a kind of highly conservative and important pattern recognition receptors,promote activation of innate immunity response and help initiate adaptive immune responses,now found that the human TLR a total of 10 members,including TLR2 and TLR4 is particularly important,but only TLR2 can combine with other member of the family form heterodimer and homodimer,TLR2 is expressed in widest range and most identify ligands in all of TLRs,almost express over the entire body system,the identification of gram-positive bacteria,gram-negative bacteria,fungi,viruses and their metabolic products,activation related signal pathways,leads to pro-inflammatory,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and other physiological?pathological reaction,is closely related to human health.As one of the whole body a few big system,gastrointestinal tract influenced by diet,living environment,living habits,mental factor,intestinal flora,and other factors,species of diseases is more,pathogenesis complications,treatment difficulty.In nearly a decade,a growing number of studies have found that expression of TLR2 on gastrointestinal epithelial cells,immune cells,play a role of Maintain intestinal mucosal integrity and maintaining the gastrointestinal tract function,regulating the intestinal flora,etc,to participate in the development and progression of gastrointestinal tract inflammation,functional gastrointestinal disorder,precancerous lesions and cancer.This paper,we give a review of TLR2 relations with gastrointestinal tract disease,hope for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases provide new targets and new mentality.
