Objective: To provide evidence for early prevention, early detection and treatment of premature infant hemorrhage by analyzing the related risk factors. Methods: 615 hospitalized premature newborns in this retrospective study were divided into two groups according to with or without hemorrhage. The clinical data(basic information, perinatal factors, hemorrhage etc.)and related laboratory data(five items of blood coagulation, platelet count, white blood cell count)were collected and processed by Univariate Analysis and then the independent variables of considerable significance were processed by Logistic Regression Analysis. Results: the differences of gestational age, asphyxia history, white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)were statistically significant between the two groups according to the result of Univariate Analysis. And there were significant differences in gestational age, asphyxia resuscitation history,PLT,WBC and FIB value between the two groups, and gestational age,PLT,FIB were protective factors, asphyxia resuscitation history,WBCwere risk factors according to the result of Multivariate Logistics Regression Analysis. Conclusion: Low gestational age, history of asphyxia resuscitation, high WBC,low PLT and FIB were risk factors of premature infants hemorrhage.
