Objective:To explore the clinical features of sarcomas of the female genital system of different histological types.Methods:166 patients with sarcomas of the female genital system treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2009.01 to 2017.12 were analyzed retrospectively.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data,P<0.05 as the standard for difference statistically significant.Results:Including 41 patients with leiomyosarcoma(24.70%),64 cases with endometrial stromal sarcoma(38.55%),49 cases with Malignant Mesodermal Mixed Tumor(29.52%),adenosarcoma in 3(1.81%),and 9 cases of other rare types(5.42%).In addition,1 case of mixed endometrial stromal and smooth muscle tumor,and 1 case of malignant potential in smooth muscle tumors(smooth muscle tumors of all malignant potential,STUMP)are reported.According to the tumor of site,120 cases from Uterine body,cervical tumor in 11 cases,8 cases of ovarian tumor,tumor located at ligament around uterine in 3 cases,1 case of fallopian tube tumor,21 cases in pelvic,and vulva tumor in 2 cases.Conclusions:The clinical symptoms of sarcoma which is rare are atypical,and the diagnostic rate before operation is low.The patients with endometrial stromal sarcoma are young,while the patients with leiomyosarcoma are around perimenopausal period,malignant mesodermal mixed tumor was mainly found among menopausal women,the main clinical symptom is abnormal vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain.Pathological type,clinical staging and treatment are associated with the prognosis.
