Objective:To explore the effects of pernicious placenta previa with different occlusion times of the abdominal aortic balloon in cesarean delivery on the maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods:89 cases of pernicious placenta previa in the First Affiliated Hospital,Chongqing Medical University from January 2015 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All the cases carried out temporary balloon occlusion in abdominal aorta before the cesareans.57patients received occlusion of abdominal aortic balloon before fetal delivery(Group A).The other 32 patients received occlusion of the abdominal aortic balloon after fetal delivery(Group B).Intraoperative, postoperative and neonatal datum were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the operative time(83min vs 74.5min),estimated blood loss(600ml vs 550ml),transfused blood volume(0-4200ml vs 0-2400ml),and no significant difference were noted in hysterectomy(22.8%vs 18.8%)?postpartum hemorrhage(24.6%vs 31.3%)?birth weight of the neonate(2923±374.18g vs 2988±343.00g)?Apgar scores of the neonates at 1 min<7(19.3%vs 12.5%)and Apgar scores of the neonates at 5 min<7(3.5%vs 3.1%)between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:The results indicate that the different occlusion times of abdominal aortic balloon in cesarean delivery has no significant impact on the maternal and neonatal outcomes of pernicious placenta previa.
