Advances In Gene And Immunology Therapy Of Recurrent Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian cancer is a highly destructive disease recurrence,because of the lack of early diagnostic methods,the diagnosis is more advanced,although after surgery and on the basis of the taxane and cisplatin chemotherapy,there are still more than 80% of the patients with advanced ovarian cancer recurrence,even in the early diagnosis and normalized after treatment,the recurrence rate is still 25%,because of the recurrence after second-line drugs resistant problem,make its 5-year survival rate is still hovering around 30%,has not been obviously improved [1].As the effect of biological treatment in solid tumors have been confirmed and further determine the immunogenicity of ovarian cancer,in view of the biological treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer has been gradually carried out,according to different treatment guidelines,the biological treatment can be mainly divided into molecular target,immune,and three types of gene therapy drug,but between the drugs which contain each other,synergy,and have distinguishing feature each [2].This paper aims to summarize the progress of the gene and immunology therapy of recurrent ovarian cancer.
