The Research Progress Of Femoral Neck Fracture

Femoral neck fracture is the interruption of bone continuity from the base of the femoral neck to the femoral head,which is a common disease in orthopedics.The reason of fracture is low energy damage or high energy damage.The classification includes Fracture anatomical site classification,Garden classification,Pauwels classification and AO classification.Most femoral neck fractures can be found by the X-ray examination,those that can?t be diagnosed by the X-ray examination should be examined with Computerized Tomography Scan(CT)or Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)examination.There are two therapeutic methods: conservative treatment and the surgical treatment.The main therapeutic method is the surgical treatment,which includes closed reduction and internal fixation(CRIF),open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF),Hip joint replacement(HA),Total hip replacement(THA),for the conservative treatment has more complications and the poor treatment effect.
