| Patients with advanced prostate cancer often receive endocrinotherapy.But after the treatment,nearly all the tumors turn into castration resistant prostate cancer(CRPC).Paclitaxel is recently one of the most effective chemotherapy drugs for CRPC,and it can relieve the pain and prolong patients’ life span.With the development of the research,more and more new drugs have been applied into the clinical practice for the benefit of patients with CRPC.The article aims to make a review of the mechanism of the paclitaxel and the newly developed drugs that treat CRPC. |
