The Advanced Clinical Research Of Pilon Fracture

Pilon Fracture,as a kind of distal tibial fracture,damaged the Tibial-Astragalus articular surface.It accounted for about 1% of lower limb fractures,meanwhile 3%-10% of tibial fractures.Anatomically,the ankle has special position and weak soft tissues,such has poor blood circulations,which can result in severe complications.With the progress of science and technology,many researches were done to explore the diagnosis and treatment of such fractures,hoping to promote clinical application.Therefore,the ralated diagnosis and treatment protocol was reviewed below.
