At present,left-sided contrast echocardiography technology is one of the hotspots and difficulties in the research of ultrasound medicine. This technology can not only observe the activity situation of ventricular wall intuitively and clearly, but also evaluate blood perfusion of myoca-rdium,which greatly improves diagnostic accuracy for heart disease. In clinical application,it has effectively guiding meaning to the diagnosis, curation and prognostic evaluation of various diseases, including coronary disease, and it also open a new gate for promoting the rate of diagnosis. This thesis reviews the principle of left-sided contrast echocardiography and its clinical application.
