Relationship Between Bacterial Flora And The Formation Of Primary Common Bile Duct Stones

Primary common bile duct(CBD)stones is one of the gallstone disease,which is a more common surgical digestive disease in China.Bacterial infection is considered to be an important and closely related condition for multiple etiology of the formation of primary CBD stones.In this essay,we reviewed the Prevalence of gallstone disease,The physical and chemical properties of cholelithiasis,the pathophysiological mechanism of choledocholithiasis,related factors bacterial of primary CBD stones formation,bacterial bile tolerance and the source of biliary flora,providing some references for future research.
