Objective: To explore the feas ibility and effectiveness of fast-track surgery(ERAS)in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,so as to provide reference value in clinical practice. Methods:Sixty patients were selected from the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University(Second Department of general surgery)from all patients with inguinal hernia from October 2016 to October 2017,according to the rand om number table method were randomly divided into two groups of ERAS group and the traditional treatment group(control group),the ERAS group and the control group were all 30 cases.Totally extraperitoneal prosthetic(TEP)was used as a unified operation, and all operations were treated with PASL1 D15 cm patch. All the operations were performed by a common medical team.Compare two groups of patients with postoperative ambulation time(h)for the first time, postoperative recovery time of food intake(h),p ostoperative exhaust time(h),postoperative length of hospital stay(d),postoperative complications, postoperative analgesia effect and so on.Apply SPSS24.0 statistical software for statistical data processing. Results: The time of first ambulation, postoperative recovery time, postoperative first exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time in group ERAS were earlier than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the early morning first days after the operation, the pain was evaluated according to the VAS standard, the analges ic effect of ERAS group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the rank and test was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of discomfort of urinary system in group ERAS was less than that in the control group, and the difference of Fisher accurate test was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anaesthesia in ERAS group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically s ignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair accelerates postoperative rapid recovery, shortens hospital stay, and reduces complications. The application of enhanced surgery in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is safe and effective, and can be used for reference in clinical application.
