Recent Advances In The Application Of Plasma Exchange In Neurology

There are many of the nervous system associated with autoimmune disease,such as myasthenia gravis,Guillain-barre syndrome,chronic inflammatory demyelinating,multiple sclerosis,Neuromyelitis optic nervespectrum disorders and so on.We often choose drug treatment first when we treat the diseses above in clinic,but for some some drug-treatment intolerant or ineffective cases,plasma exchange is also an effective therapy.In recent years,domestic and foreign clinicians continue to explore to the application of plasma exchange in immune-mediated diseases of the nervous system,and they have achieved some results.The purpose of this article is to summarize the experience of the predecessors and to provide some references to the application of plasma exchange in the field of neurological disease.
