Objectives:Evaluation on Efficacy and safety of semi-dose ticagrelor in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)under Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)treatment.Methods:77 patients with ACS who would conduct PCI treatment were selected and randomly divided into the semi-dose group and the standard dose group, and the two groups were given the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100 mg for 1time per day. There was no statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups.Platelet aggregation rate of all patients was measured at admission and third days after operation. The occurrence of MACE events, bleeding, dyspnea and other adverse events in the two groups during hospitalization and1 months after operation was observed. Results:There was no statistical difference in PAR of the two groups when they were admitted for treatment.Three days after operation, the statistical difference in PAR were 25.26%±11.92%?24.40%±11.36% respectively. There was no significant difference in TIMI3 blood flow after operation.During the follow-up,there were 3 patients with angina symptoms in the semi-dose group, and 1 in the standard dose group, compared with no statistical difference, there was no other MACE events in the two groups. The bleeding rate was 10.8% in the half dose group and 15% in the standard group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. The incidence of dyspnea in the two groups was 8.1% and 12.5% respectively, and there was no statistical difference. Conclusions:For ACS patients under PCI treatment, half dose of ticagrelor is safe and feasible.
