Objective:MicroRNA-216a was measured in peripheral blood of AP patients and its clinical significance was discussed.Method:1.Specimen selection: collected from August to November 2017 admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Department of Gastroenterology,34 cases of Acute pancreatitis(AP)is divided into Mild acute pancreatitis(MAP)10 cases,Moderate acute pancreatitis(MSAP)6cases and Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)18 cases.And healthy people 31 cases.2.Samples were taken1)24h admission within the meet the above conditions of acute pancreatitis in patients with peripheral blood 3-5 ml.After centrifuging at 4?,the samples must immediately taken into-80?refrigerator freezer.2)Reverse transcription: Through qRT-PCR,in acute pancreatitis patients and health people two groups of people measured micro RNA-216a levels respectively.3.Statistical analysis: SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation,using group t-test or person correlation,P<0.05 has statistically significant.Results:1.Peripheral blood of acute pancreatitis' microRNA-216a value was6.71.The microRNA-216a in peripheral blood of healthy people was 1.20.Acute pancreatitis showed high level(P <0.0025),with statistical significance;2.Variance analysis of all types of patients with acute pancreatitis showed that the level of severe acute pancreatitis was higher than that of mildand moderate acute pancreatitis(P<0.03);3.The microRNA-216a,Ranson's score,APACHE II score and MCTSI score had positive correlation by person correlation analysis,there was statistical significance,the microRNA-216a has no relationship with amylase;4.MicroRNA-216a was used to identify AP.The sensitivity was 94.1%and the specificity was 83.9%.Conclusion:1.MicroRNA-216a level in peripheral blood of acute pancreatitis is higher than healthy people.2.The level of microRNA-216a is positively correlated with the severity of acute pancreatitis.The level of microRNA-216a was positive correlated with Ranson scores,APACHE II scores and MCTSI scores and has no relationship with amylase.
