The Study Of Hyperamylasemia And Acute Pancreatitis In Patients With Peroral Double-balloon Endoscope

Objective: This paper aims to study the changes of the related inflammatory response indicators after the operation of the endoscopic double balloon enteroscopy and the changes in the level of blood amylase,and discuss the related factors.Methods:1.Collect between January 2017 and February 2017 in the second hospital of hebei medical university medicine department of 30 patients diagnosed with unknown patients with digestive system diseases hospital,hospital line after stomach check,found no abnormalities.All covered with colonoscopy examination.2.Record the object of study basic information,the course of the disease,blood tests its preoperative routine blood,c-reactive protein,blood amylase value,record the operating time of enteroscopy,pull a long times.3.Monitoring and checking blood amylase,3 hours,12 hours after the second day routine blood,C-reactive protein.4.Track and record after with colonoscopy in patients with general situation.Results:1.Collect between January 2017 and February 2017 in the second hospital of hebei medical university hospital internal medicine for diagnosis of unknown digestive system disease patients,30 cases of male 24 cases,female6 cases,age 51.67±51.67(22-80 years).2.In this study,30 cases of patients,12 cases of small intestine ulcer lesions,not seen obvious abnormity 9 cases,4 cases of small intestinal capillaries expansion,and 2 cases of small intestinal stromal tumor,ileal diverticulum in 1 case,protein loss of bowel disease in 1 case,small intestinallymphangiectasia in 1 case.3.Fever after enteroscopy in 3,4 cases were abdominal pain,postoperative enteroscopy WBC,neutrophil count,C-reactive protein were increased;4.Enteroscopy high blood amylase after 22 cases,including 3 cases of the CT diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,high amylase hematic disease patients,patients with acute pancreatitis group and blood amylase patients were compared with normal group,enteroscopy operation time(P<0.05),into the mirror when pull a long number(P<0.05)were statistically significant,while age,mirror back pull a long times no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Through the mouth of double balloon enteroscopy patients after inflammation index to rise.2.More than half of them are elevated blood amylase,and enteroscopy operation time,into mirror pull a long times,has nothing to do with age,when the back mirror pull a long times...
