Abstract/Summary:
Objective:In order to evaluate the reliability of nociceptive index, the changes of nociceptive index of consciousness 2 IOC2 before and after nociceptive stimulation under general anesthesia were observed to be correlated with heart rate and mean arterial pressure. Methods:A total of 120 patients aged 18-65 years from January 2017 to December2017 were selected for elective laparoscopic surgery with I-II grade BMI18-28kg/m2 for men and women. In this study,IOC1(index of consciousness 1 and IOC2 were monitored by Angle-6000 D monitor.Midazolam 0.02mg/kg,sufentanil 0.5 μg/kg,cis atracurium 0.2 mg/kg,etomidate 0.2-0.6mg/kg were induced to control IOC1 40-50.Tracheal intubation was performed after numerical stabilizat-on of 1min.The basic data of patients before operation were recorded(sex,gender,Age)1 min before anesthesia induction,1 min after induction,1 min after induction,1min before intubation,1 min after tracheal intubation,1 min after tracheal intubation,1 min after intubation,3 min after tracheal intubation,1 min before tracheal intubation,1 minute before incision,1 minute after pneumoperitoneum,1 minute after pneumoperitoneum,3 min after pneum-operitoneum.Mean arterial pressure, heart rate,IOC1 and IOC2 were recorded. The patients were followed up after operation to find out if they had any intraoperative knowledge. Results: The correlation coefficient between IOC2 and heart rate was0.077,the correlation coefficient between IOC2 and mean pulsating pressure was 0.174,the correlation coefficient was weak.Conclusion:IOC2 was able to monitor the occurrence of noxious stimuli.IOC2 can show the balance between nociceptive and nociceptive stimuli.IOC2 can not accurately reflect the circulatory stress state of the patients after nociceptive stimulation.
