Objective:To explore the prediction of EMs by miRNA,as well as investigated the effect of embryonic development potential and pregnancy outcome in IVF-ET.Methods:36patients with endometriosis?group A?and 36 patients with fallopian tube obstruction?group B?undergoing IVF-ET were collected. All these patients were selected from Our center from March 2017 to December 2017.The serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cell of these patients were collected. Then measured the level of miRNA in serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cell by real-time Polymerase chain reaction?RT-PCR?.Results:?1?The level of miR-142-3p and mi R-21 in serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cell have no correlation with age,the years of the infertility, basal FSH level,COS days,Gn dosage, and HCG day hormone levels?LH,E2,P?.?2?The level of miR-142-3p and miR-21 in serum and follicular fluid, group A were higher than group B,there were significant difference between two groups;the level of mi R-21 in granulosa cell group A was higher than group B,but it has no statistical significance.?3?The miR-142-3p in serum was negatively correlated with the number of available embryos, fertilization rate, diploid zygotes rate, and implantation rate. The level of mi R-21 in serum was no significant correlation between the laboratory indexes.?4?The level of miR-142-3p in follicular fluid and the number of diploid zygotes rate, fertilization rate, normal fertilization rate have a negative correlation; The level of miR-21 in follicular fluid and the number of retrieval occytes, number of fertilization, normal fertilization rate and implantation rate have a negative correlation.?5?The level of miR-142-3p and miR-21 in granulosa cell have a negative correlation with the laboratory indexes. Conclusion:miRNA may participate in the early development of oocytes and embryos. The high expression of miR-142-3p and miR-21 in the serum and follicular fluid and granule cells of endometriosis patients may decrease the quality of oocytes, which is not conducive to the early development of embryos.
