The Clinical Comparison Of Repair Through Posterior Vaginal Wall And The Improved PPH In The Treatment Of Severe Rectocele

Objective: To compare the treatment effect of repair through posterior vaginal wall and the improved PPH on severe rectocele.Methods: 60 cases of patients with severe rectocele were treated and considered as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the observation group were treated with repairing through posterior vaginal wall.The patients of control group were treated with surgical repair through the improved PPH.To compare the observation group with the control group in the operation time,the hospitalization time,the overall effective treatment,postoperative complications,the symptom score(6 months after surgery,1 year after surgery,2 years after surgery).Results:1.The comparison of the two groups on the clinical total effective rate.(three months after surgery)In the observation group: Treatment of 30 cases,all effective(21 patients with clinical recovery,8 cases of the patients were obviously effective,2 cases were effective.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%;In the control group: Treatment of 30 cases,all effective,there were 20 patients with clinical recovery,7 cases of the patients were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,the total clinical efficiency was 100.00%.The comparison result of the overall efficiency was P>0.05,and there was no obvious significance.2.The comparison of the two groups in operative time,hospital stay,and the hospitalization expenses.In the observation group: the operative time was 48.90±5.41 min the length of hospital stay was 12.07±1.74 days,the hospitalization expenses was9555.13±263.64 yuan.In the control group: the operative time was 20.87±4.17 min,the length of hospital stay was 6.73±1.11 days,the hospitalization expenses was 13549.26±55.93 yuan.The above indicators were compared,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was significant.3.The comparison of the two groups in postoperative complications.Postoperative pain,postoperative distension,postoperative bleeding(local bleeding more than 500ml)postoperative fever and postoperative infection were common after surgery.But the postoperative pain was not discussed,because the postoperative pain was not obvious.In the observation group: Postoperative distension: 3 cases,there were no other complications.In the control group: postoperative bleeding: 2 cases,postoperative distension: 7 cases,there were no other complications.There were significant difference between the observation group and the control group.(P<0.05)4.The comparison of the two groups.The symptom score is shown in Table 1.The main symptoms include: the time of each defecation,the number of defecation per day,hand assisted defecation,use of laxatives,defecation feeling,etc.The comparison between the two groups: Comparing repairing through posterior vaginal wall with the improved PPH,there was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom score before operation.There were significant differences in 1 year after surgery and 2 year after surgery.The comparison in groups: The observation group: there was a significant difference in symptom score between preoperative and postoperative 6 months,there was no difference between 6 months and 1 year after surgery,there was no difference between 1 year after surgery and 2 year after surgery too,in 6months after operation compared with 2 years after operation P>0.05.The improved PPH group: Preoperative symptoms compared with 6 months after surgery P<0.05,6 months after surgery compared to 1 year after surgery P<0.05 1 year after surgery compared to 2 years after surgery P<0.05,6months after surgery compared to 2 years after surgeryP<0.05.Conclusion: Repairing through posterior vaginal wall to treat severe patients with rectocele: postoperative complications are few,the long-term curative effect is accurate,worthy of clinical application.
