Objective:To explore the clinical value of multimodality contrast echocardiography in the gallbladder catheterization and drainage. Methods:From December 2015 to December 2017,240 patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into 3 groups. The basic clinical characteristics of group A,group B,and group C were compared. The indexes of laboratory examination before and after treatment were compared among the three groups of patients. The clinical indicators of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were compared;the therapeutic indexes of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were compared;the efficacy indexes of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were compared;the complications of the three groups of patients were compared;120 cases of A group were treated with different ways of gallbladder Percutaneous catheter drainage and comparison of the incidence of complications after catheterization in different ways;60 patients in Group B,30 patients underwent ultrasound guided gallbladder catheterization and drainage, and another 30 patients underwent transvenous ultrasound + Ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture and catheter drainage, and compare the two;60 patients in group C,30 patients underwent transvenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound guided gallbladder puncture and catheter drainage,30 patients underwent transvenous contrast echocardiography + Ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture catheter drainage + drainage catheter ultrasound imaging, and finally statistics and analysis of each group of data. Results:The selected group A 120 cases, group B 60 cases,C group 60 cases were no significant differences in gender,age,pre-treatment APACHEII score, pain number score(NRS)and other aspects(P> 0.05);after 3 days of treatment The comparison between the three groups before and after treatment showed that there were significant differences in white blood cell count,C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and indirect bilirubin.Statistical significance(P<0.05);There were significant differences in clinical symptoms and signs,NRS and APACH II scores between the three groups after 3 days of treatment(P<0.05).Comparing thetreatment indexes of group A,group B,and group C,the time of disappearance of symptoms and signs and the length of stay were significantly different(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the recovery time of body temperature(P>0.05);The three groups also had statistical significance in terms of efficacy and complications(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the one-step method and replacement method in group A;gallbladder puncture and drainage in group B and contrast-enhanced ultrasound + Ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture catheter drainage success rate comparison;group C in transvenous ultrasound contrast ultrasound guided gallbladder puncture catheter drainage and transvenous ultrasound contrast ultrasound guided gallbladder puncture catheter drainage + drainage tube Comparing the efficacy of angiography, the results were significantly different(P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion:Multimodal contrast-en-hanced ultrasound joint gall bladder drainage tube to reduce the incidence of complications, improve the puncture accuracy, achieve the ideal drainage decompression effect,is worth further clinical application.
