Objective : To study the relationship between serum T-cadherin level and uterine arterial blood flow in early-onset preeclampsia patients. Methods: The pregnant women who took examination in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from July 2017 to January 2018 were selected to praticipate in the study, whose gestional weeks were 28 to 34 weeks and they were all single pregnancy.Thirty-nine cases of the early-onset preeclampsia were randomly selected as the study group with an average age of 29.67 plus or minus 4.47 years, with an average gestational week of 31.09,plus or minus 2.70 weeks, and 38 normal pregnant women were the control groupwith an average age of 29.81 plus or minus 3.84 years, with an average gestational week of 31.12,plus or minus 3.01 weeks.Serum T-cadherin levels in two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)and systolic/diastolic(S/D)in the bilateral uterine artery of two groups were detected by doppler color ultrasonography, and the average was taken when statistics. Results: T-cadherin concentration of pregnant women: the study group was(3.93±0.99)ng/ml,lower than the control group(5.03±0.73)ng/ml,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The uterine artery S/D,PI and RI were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The correlation coefficient between serum T-cadherin level and uterine arterial PI value in study group was-0.715(P<0.001).The correlation coefficient between serum T-cadherin level and uterine artery RI value was-0.725(P<0.001).The correlation coefficient between serum T-cadherin level and S/D value of uterine artery was-0.63(P<0.001).There was no correlation between serum T-cadherin level and uterine artery PI,RI and S/D in the control group.(P>0.05).Conclusion: The level of serum T-cadherin in early-onset preeclampsia pregnant women is lower than that in normal pregnant women. The level of serum T-cadherin in early preeclampsia pregnant women is related to the parameters of uterine artery blood flow;T-cadherin may participate in the process of the occurrence of early-onset preeclampsia through affecting the function of vascular endothelium. The detection of maternal serum T-cadherin level provide a new approach for clinical prediction of early onset preeclampsia.
