Objective: To study the Reproductive outcomes and the risk of the outcome of the patients after previous cesarean scar pregnancy through different treatments.Methods:447 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were selected from January 2012 in our hospital.Among them,5 were combined with bilateral tubal ligation at the same time.9patients received panhysterectomy or subtotal hysterectomy.5 of them cancel hospitalization.During the visit,25 people lost their visits,other the rest 403 of them completed the land visit.The clinical data of them were analyzed retrospectively.To investigate the outcome of pregnancy after previous cesarean scar pregnancy.Results: From the relevant investigation,we can conclude that there are 215 women wished to give birth again,However,160 of them take different birth control measures because they have no fertility requirement in recent.The other 55 women spontane-ously attempted to get pregnant again,among whom 40 were successful pregnancy,hysteroscopy and lesion excision in 34 cases,4 patients had been treated throughterine artery embolization(UAE)combined with hysteroscopy or lesion excision.1 patient received surgical resection,and 1 patient got transvaginal surgery and lesion excision).A total of 83 women conceived again,either planned or by chance,The median time interval between previous CSP treatment and subsequent conception was 22 months(range 4e-48 months).No miscarriage was reported.The remaining 43 women received induced abortion due to un-wanted pregnancy.no excessive hemorrhage or other severe complication in abortion operation was reported.Six women who experienced CSP again.All of them were treated successfully with surgery without any severe complications.Conclusion:According the long-term follow up of reaearching outcomes after previous CSP treatment,with a recurrence rate of 6.4% and successful pregnancy rate of 73%.
