Objective:To analyze the characteristics and related factors of anemia in patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease.Method:211 patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease were enrolled. The incidence and character of anemia was ivestigated and the reletionship between anemia and serum creatinine, cystain C,serum albumin, metabolism related indicators was also analyzed. The patients were divided into anemic group and non-anemic group, and the indexes of renal function, glucose metabolism index and nutritional status were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors for anemia in patients with diabetic kidney disease. Results:Among the 211 patients with diabetic kidney disease,59 were anaemic, and the incidence of anemia was 28%,most of which were normocyte and normochomic.Hb was positively correlated with eGFR(r=0.451,P<0.01),and eGFR was significantly lower in anemia group than in non-anemia group(P<0.01),and Hb was negatively correlated with serum creatinine and cystatin C(r=-0.378;r=-0.451,P<0.01),anemia group was higher than non-anemia group(P<0.01),and the incidence of higher anemia in Cys-C was higher, but in normal creatinine or eGFR was greater than90ml/min/1.73m~2.Hb was positively correlated with serum albumin and prealbumin(r=0.568;r=0.354,P<0.01),serum albumin and prealbumin in the non-anemia group were higher than that in the anemia group(P<0.05).Elevated blood SCr,elevated Cys-C,decreased eGFR,decreased serum albumin, and reduced prealbumin were independent risk factors for anemia in diabetic kidney disease patients. Conclusion:The incidence of anemia in patients with diabetic kidney disease is high, which can occur in the normal blood creatinine and before the decrease of eGFR.The occurrence of anemia is related to the renal function deterioration in patients with diabetic kidney disease, and related to glomerular disease, blood glucose control, and nutritional status.
