Objective:Through the analysis of 117 cases of Hypopituitarism to know the cause, the primary symptom, endocrine gland function and ion disorders. Methods: Collected from January 2012 to December 2017 in the Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,Department of Endocrinology ward,117 patients diagnosed as Hypopituitarism clinical data, analysis of the etiology of patients, the primary reason for treatment, endocrine gland function and ion disorders. Results: 1.42 males, age: 49.4 ± 18.2;female: 75 cases;age of onset: 42.9 ± 16.4;male and female age of onset was not statistically different.2.117 cases of hypopituitarism in patients with intracranial surgery, radiotherapy caused by 20 cases, accounting for 17.1%,with pituitary tumor in 20 cases, accounting for 17.1%.There were 16 patients with empty sella, accounting for 13.7%,11 patients suspected of hypophysitis, accounting for9.4%,5 patients with pituitary apoplexy(accounting for 1.4%),4 patients with space-occupying lesion in sella turcica area and pituitary compression, accounting for3.4%;hypophyseal cyst in 2 cases, accounting for 18.8%;pituitary stalk interruption syndrome in 1 case, accounting for 0.9%.3.117 cases of hypopituitarism with the primary reason for visiting is fatigue, weight loss, fear of chill,62 cases, accounting for53%;due to neuropsychiatric symptoms in 29 patients, accounting for 25%;patients treated for reproductive system symptoms 24 Cases,21%;3 patients due to tumor invasion symptoms,3%;18 cases due to other symptoms,15%;2 cases symptomless,by physical examination.4.1.117 cases of hypopituitarism with cortisol lower than the normal range of a total of 94 patients, accounting for 80.34%.In cases of hypopituitarism with COR levels below normal, only 39 accounting for 41.49% of patient shows declined ACTH level.4.2.Patients with central hypothyroidism of a total of 50 cases, accounting for 42.74%.In cases of central hypothyroidism with decreased FT4 levels,TSH levels changes as follow: 3 patients(6.0%)below normal level,45 patients(90.0%)were normal,2 patients, accounting for 4.0%were higher than normal level, but less than 10 uIU / m L.4.3.There were 42 males and 28 cases with central hypogonadism, accounting for 66.67%.Female 75;a total of 54 patients with central hypogonadism, accounting for72%.4.4.In 117 patients,a total of 94 cases(80.34%)were central hypoadrenocorticism,a total of 82 cases(70.09%)with central hypothyroidism, and 50 cases of centralhypogonadism, accounting for 42.74%.5.Thirty-five patients(29.9%)with low sodium appeared in 117 patients, which is the type with the highest proportion of ion disorders. There were 28 cases of kaliopenia, accounting for 23.9%;4 cases of patients with high sodium, accounting for 3.4%.Conclusion : Hypopituitarism is not a rare disease, the main etiology is caused by postoperative pituitary tumors and radiotherapy;pay attention to follow-up after surgery.Fatigue, weight loss and other atypical symptoms should be alert to this disease occur. When faced with the target gland hormone levels were lower than the lower limit of the normal range, and the level of the stimulating hormone in the normal range or mild increase; To guard against the occurrence of hypopituitarism, pay attention to a comprehensive screening of hormone levels.Patients with hypopituitarism should pay attention to the occurrence of low sodium and kaliopenia.
