Objective: 1.Measure the serum vitamin D levels in different types of coronary heart disease patients and non-heart disease in summer Liaoning 2.To assess whether the serum vitamin D levels is association with the severity of coronary heart disease related.Methods: One hundred sixty-one patients were included in the first affiliated hospital of China Medical University in the summer of 2017(June-August)and divided into normal group(79 cases)and CHD(82 cases)group which including UAP(51 cases)and AMI(31 cases)who were undergoing coronary angiography.After admission,blood samples were taken to measure serum vitamin D levels.The normal group match with gender,age and body mass index.The level of vitamin D in patients was divided into three groups: vitamin D severity deficiency group(<10ng / ml),vitamin D deficiency group(10-20 ng / ml)and vitamin D non-deficiency group(?20ng/ml);(2)To compare the distribution of vitamin D in different groups of patients;(3)To investigate the relationship between vitamin D and coronary heart disease and the correlated the presence or absence of risk factors;(4)in patients with coronary artery disease,weather vitamin D status is related with the severity coronary artery stenosis(coronary lesion count,Gensini score,SYNTAX scoring system).The Results: 1.The levels of vitamin D in normal group,UAP group and AMI group were generally lower in summer in Liaoning Province.The mean vitamin D levels in each group were 20.3 ± 7.0ng / ml,14.6 ± 6.6ng / ml and 13.6 ± 7.6ng / ml respectively,there was a statistically significant difference(P <0.001).The extreme lacking rate,lacking rate and non-lacking rate in the three groups were 5.1%,43.0% and 51.9 %;21.6%,60.8%,17.6%;35.5%,51.6%,12.9% respectively.There were significant differences among the three groups in the distribution of vitamin D;Factors such as body mass index(BMI),smoking,age,sex,etc.were not significantly different among the three groups(P> 0.05).2.Serum vitamin D levels were negatively correlation with the other risk factors of coronary heart disease such as smoking(r =-0.271,P = 0.001),hypertension(r =-0.013,P = 0.045),positively correlation with HDL-C(r=0.155,P=0.023),but not with age,TG,TC and LDL-C 3.In summer,vitamin D in Liaoning province was severity lacking,lacking and nonlacking in coronary artery disease which has one vessel disease,double vessel disease and three vessel diseases: 19.0%,33.3%,47.6%;25.0%,33.3%,41.7% and 15.4%,30.8%,53.8%(P = 0.950).There has no statistical difference between the three groups in terms of Gensini score of 89.50(49.00,124.25),55.50(32.00,82.00),58.00(38.00,93.00),P = 0.086.There also has no statistical difference between the three groups in the Syntax score.The mean of Syntax scores was 19.25(8.50-23.62),13.00(8.00-20.00),15.00(8.50-23.50),P = 0.332.Conclusion: 1,Vitamin D deficiency is common in residents of Liaoning Province in summer,especially in acute coronary syndrome It should pay attention on vitamin D deficiency.2,There had no correlation between vitamin D levels and coronary artery disease.
