| Objective:To research the relationship between two subtypes of Gastroesophageal reflux disease and metabolic syndrome. Methods:Selecting the first affiliated hospital of China medical university medicine from January 2010 to February 2018 accepts of 64 cases of non erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD)、85 cases of reflux esophagitis(RE)and 92 cases of the control group,In total,241 patients as the research object, the patient general condition(gender, age, height, waist circumference)data are collected, for patients with REgular project(blood pressure, blood sugar,HDL-C,triglycerides,cholesterol)testing,the testing data are recorded and linked to metabolic indexes to carry on the summary, analysis NERD and RE relationship with metabolism related indicators.Statistical analysis using SPSS18.0 processing, measurement data with(x±s),count data using the number of cases,The single factor using x~2 test,Multiple factors using the unconditioned logistic regression analysis, the correlation coefficient of P and the OR value were calculated, all statistical analysis with P<0.05 for statistically significant.Results:(1)The single factor analysis using in group NERD and the group control of relevant factors, the results show that BMI and dyslipidemia differences between two groups(P<0.05),and then BMI and dyslipidemia using multiariable Logistic regression analysis, the results show that BMI and blood lipid disorder are independent risk factors for NERD(P<0.05,OR>1).(2)The single factor analysis using in group RE and the group control of relevant factors, the results show that age、BMI and dyslipidemia differences between two groups(P<0.05),and then age、BMI and dyslipidemia using multiariable Logistic regression analysis, the results show that age、BMI and blood lipid disorder are independent risk factors for RE(P<0.05,OR>1).(3)There were no significant difference in the factors related to the metabolic syndrome, such as cardiac obesity, hypertension and diabetes when the single factor analysis using in group NERD and the group control(P>0.05).(4)When group RE is compared with group NERD.In the two aspects of overweight and hyperlipidemia, group RE’s OR value>group NERD’OR value, indicating that overweight and hyperlipidemia had a more significant effect on RE.Conclusion:(1)middle aged, overweight, hyperlipidemia are independent risk factors for RE;(2)overweight and hyperlipidemia are independent risk factors for NERD;(3)In overweight and hyperlipidemia.the RE has a more significant influence on RE compared with NERD;(4)When it comes to gender,RE is more common in men than in women;(5)In terms of age,RE is more common in middle and old age. |
