Objective:ANCA-associated vasculitis(AAV)often affects the lungs, especially severe lung infections, which are important causes of death and prolongation of hospital stay.Finding the risk factors for this complication will be of great significance. In this paper,Meta-analysis of the possible risk factors of lung involvement in AAV provides a theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment, reduces the incidence of pulmonary infection and improves the prognosis of patients and their quality of life. Methods:Mainly through computer retrieval method, retrieve PUBMED,MEDLINE,ANNUAL REVIEWS,SCIENCEDIRECT,Wanfang, know nets,VIP database, search time from January 10,2000 to January 10,2017,strictly selected in line with the research literature, the data of which Meta analysis.Rev Man5.3 software for statistical analysis, first of all the heterogeneity of the literature test,if the heterogeneity of the literature is not significant use fixed effects model, otherwise random effects model was used to calculate the combined 0R value and 95% confidence interval,Draw the forest map. Results:The study retrieved a total of 237 articles.Based on the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria,8 literatures were finally included in the literature, and 1141 cases were collected.ANCA-associated vasculitis involved 628 cases in the lungs and 513 cases in the control group(ie,cases of AAV not involving the lungs).A total of 6 risk factors were involved, including age, gender, laboratory tests(CRP,ESR,hemoglobin, creatinine).Age ? 60 years old group,ESR is a risk factor for AAV involving the lungs, with statistical significance(P <0.05).Creatinine rise group is not a risk factor, with statistical significance(P <0.05).Sex,anemia group,CRP elevated group is not a risk factor, not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Age ? 60 years old,ESR is a risk factor for AAV involvement in the lungs;Increased creatinine is not a risk factor for AAV lung involvement;sex, anemia and CRP elevated group can not be identified as the risk of AAV involvement of the lungs factor.
