Objective: Pegaspargase and L-asparaginase in the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)in the evaluation of its safety to provide relevant evidence for the clinical use of drugs.Methods:60 cases of newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia and BCR-ABL fusion gene-negative cases were collected from our department, retrospective analysis of the medical records of the above patients. The effect of complete remission(CR)was analyzed and compared between the group patients with PEG-ASP or L-ASP(34)and control group. The changes of coagulation in patients with PEG-ASP group and L-ASP group were compared with the occurrence of adverse reactions such as liver function abnormalities, allergies, hyperglycemia, abnormal blood amylase, and urinary lipase. Results:Influence on coagulation function,After using peg-asp or l-asp group and the control group,INR(1.26±0.27,1.14±0.18),APTT(46.76±12.20,39.75±8.20),FIB(2.37±1.76,3.58±2.14).After using PEG-ASP or L-ASP INR(1.32±0.31,1.16±0.15),APTT(47.40±12.97,45.77±11.34),FIB(2.07±1.57,2.83±2.00).Respect ively, the P values of the two groups were 0.07,0.02 and 0.02.The patients with PEG-ASP and L-ASP had abnormal liver function after treatment. There were 5 cases(25.0%)in PEG-ASP groups and 6 cases(42.9%)in L-ASP groups.Between the two groups, between the two groups there was no significant difference(P = 0.21).No allergy, hyperglycemia, abnormal blood amylase and urinary lipase were found in both groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.PEG-ASP and L-ASP caused INR,APTT prolongation and FIB decreased, between the two groups there were no significant difference.2.Both PEG-ASP and L-ASP can cause liver dysfunction, but they have no statistical difference 3.PEG-ASP and L-ASP did not cause elevated blood glucose, blood amylase and urinary lipase abnormalities.
