Objective:To explore the clinical data of the hospital infection during autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT)in our hospital, and to provide the basis for guiding its clinical medication. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of twenty-eight patients of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, from January 2007 to December 2017 in our hospital. To understand the occurrence, treatment and outcome of hospital infection during the process of transplantation from pretreatment to bone marrow hematopoietic reconstruction. Results:All 28 patients occurred hospital infection, the incidence is 100%,there are 60 cases of infection,47 cases(78.3%)occurred during the bone marrow suppression granulocyte was deficient.Among them,20 cases pyemia accounted for 33.3%;10 cases of oral ulcer with infection, accounted for 16.7%;Oral herpes simplex virus infection in 3cases,accounted for 5%;11 cases of upper respiratory tract infection, accounting for18.3%;3 cases was combined with pulmonary infection, accounting for 18.3%;6 cases of gastrointestinal infection, accounting for 10%;The perianal infection occurred in 7cases,accounting for 11.7%;20 patients of hospital infection were infected with multiple sites; Two parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity and bloodstream, upper respiratory tract;Three parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity, anus;Four and above parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity, upper respiratory tract, anus;Three continuous blood culture+drug sensitive test on the body temperature of?38.5C° 20 cases of patients, there are 6 cases of blood culture result were posivive, its positive rate is 30%,Among them 4patients were infected with Escherichia coli,2 cases were infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa.Drug sensitivity of main pathogens:were the most sensitive to carbapenomycetes,beta-lactamase inhibitors and aminoglycosides, followed by the third-generation quinolones, the third-generation and fourth-generation cephalosporins. All patients of hospital infection were cured after choosing the sensitive antibiotics, according to the experience and the susceptibility to antibiotics.None of the patients died of infection.Conclusion:1.In this study, the incidence of hospital infection of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation was high, mostly occurred in the period of granulocyte lack;the common sites were bloodstream, respiratory tract, oral cavity, anus and gastrointestinal tract. Most of the patients of hospital infection were infected with multiple sites;2.Multiple sites of hospital infection,Two parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity and bloodstream, upper respiratory tract;Three parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity, anus;Four and above parts of the infection, the most common sites were bloodstream, oral cavity, upper respiratory tract,anus;3.Escherichia coli was the most common in pyemia, followed by pseudomonas aeruginosa.Drug sensitivity of main pathogens:were the most sensitive to carbapenomycetes,beta-lactamase inhibitors and aminoglycosides, followed by the third-generation quinolones, the third-generation and fourth-generation cephalosporins.
