Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of 97 patients with intracranial multiple aneurysms admitted to the Department of cerebrovascular disease in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College, and analyze the related factors affecting the clinical prognosis, and provide effective reference for the treatment and prognosis of the patients with multiple aneurysms. Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of the affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical college for treatment in the period from January 2013 to December 2017,97 cases of multiple intracranial aneurysm patients were based on the clinical manifestations of Hunt-Hess grading, discharge of Glasgow outcome score(Glasgow outcome, scale,GOS),on the basis of clinical curative effect at discharge GOS score assessment.According to the patients’ gender and age, hypertension, preoperative Hunt-Hess classification, aneurysm, selection of operation, operation time, postoperative care time, total hospitalization time, postoperative complications, clinical curative effect and other aspects of data for statistical analysis, according to the prognosis of the patients divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the type of surgery divided into the intervention group and clipping group, according to the timing of surgery were divided into one stage treatment and staging treatment. Results: Among the 97 patients who are discharged from the hospital,83 patients(85.6%)have a good prognosis(4-5 scores)and 14 patients(14.4%)have a poor prognosis(1-3),and the average GOS score is about 4.57.There are 40 patients in the treatment group and 57 patients in the interventional therapy group,47 patients are in phase one treatment group and 50 patients are in the phased treatment group.Univariate analysis showed that the preoperative Hunt-Hess grade is correlated with the patient’s prognosis(P<0.05);patient’s gender, age, history of hypertension, postoperative complications, operation time, surgical methods, and prognosis of the patient is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The choice of operation is related to the age of the patient and the Hunt-Hess grade before operation(P<0.05).The timing of the operation and the patient’s postoperative care time, total length of stay,Postoperative complications and GOS scores are not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: Preoperative Hunt-Hess grade is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms. The preoperative Hunt-Hess grade is significantly negatively correlated with postoperative GOS outcome scores. The lower the preoperative Hunt-Hess grade is,the higher the postoperative GOS score and the better the patient’s prognosis is.
