If the peripheral nerve is not treated effectively,it will lead to irreversible permanent disability.At present,autogenous nerve transplantation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of nerve defect.However,it is difficult to match the nerve graft and lose the sensory function of donor area.In this paper,a new method for the fabrication of multichannel artificial nerve conduits is presented.According to the principle of nerve conduit shaping,3D printing method in cylindrical coordinates is used to fabricate artificial nerve conduits,which can solve the above problems well,and overcome the defects of the traditional manufacturing method which can not be controlled by the inner structure of the conduit complex.Complete the overall design of the testing machine molding system,including the testing machine mechanical system,control system,and corresponding to the programming of each motion module.The process parameters of artificial neural conduit made by 3D printing are analyzed systematically and the main technological parameters which affect the molding quality are determined.Increasing the heating temperature,decreasing the electronic gear ratio i1,increasing the walking speed and decreasing the gap between the needle and the substrate will increase the line width of the extruded material.For solenoid forming,the larger the electronic gear ratio i2 is to the number of rotation rings of the spindle,the smaller the width of the extrusion spiral line is,and the smaller the electronic gear ratio i3 is to the material extrusion quantity,the thicker the tube wall is.The range of process parameters to meet the normal production of the material is determined.Using polycaprolactone as material,artificial nerve conduits with good macroscopic morphology and uniform wall thickness were prepared by 3D printing machine.By adjusting the printing parameters,we can obtain the nerve conduit with different inner diameter,outer diameter,print layer number and channel number.By observing the morphology of different layers of nerve conduits,it is found that single-layer multi-channel and double-layer multi-channel ducts are easier to print,and the number of channels in each layer should not be excessive.The biocompatibility of the materials was studied in order to provide experimental basis for the repair of peripheral nerve injury in vivo and in vivo in rats.
