Design And Implementation Of Outpatient Fees And Pharmacy Management System

The hospital information system(HIS),refers to the application of computer and network communication equipment for the hospital and its affiliated departments and relevant departments to provide the medical service information,accounting information,management information and decision statistical information,the system includes data and information collection,storage,processing and communication,and can make all authorized users through the system information to achieve the various functional requirements.Nowadays,the medical market has become increasingly intense competition,with the development of information technology,the hospital’s business model is changing,changing from planned management mode gradually into a patient-centered service model.The hospital should improve the competitiveness,must start from the root,improve medical environment,improve service quality,especially the quality of management and management efficiency,simplify the patients from admission to discharge treatment process,strengthen the hospital outpatient pharmacy,supporting the management of departments,reduce the medical cost of procurement.In a nutshell,is the use of computer information system to realize digital management of hospital information,the system can fast search,fuzzy search,and have high reliability and confidentiality,to ensure the long-term development of the hospital,but also need to have large storage capacity,long service life and low cost.In this paper,based on the B/S structure of the out-patient fees and pharmacy management system involves only the hospital information system in the out-patient fees and pharmacy management subsystem.On the physical structure of the popular B/S model,all functions are concentrated on the WEB server[1],the client only needs to install a browser.Simplifies the system deployment,easy to modify and upgrade system;will all data is also stored in the independence of the data servers,is conducive to improve the system scalability,and data security;in the business process is adopted in the whole process of bar code as input,query and recognition of the main means,to improve business processing speed and accuracy.At the end of the paper,the author summarized the work done by the author and the opportunity and challenge of the development of hospital information system.
