The plants of genus Lycium are a very important medicinal plant resource in our country.Fructus Lycii,that is,the dried fruit of Lycium barbarum L.as the traditional Chinese medicine and food of tonic,has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney,delaying aging,relieving senses of eyesight and relieving senility.It is widely used in antitumor,hypoglycemic,lowering blood pressure and anti-cardiovascular diseases.In addition,not only fruit from Lycium plant can be used as medicine,but also its leaves and root bark can be used as Chinese medicine.Lycii Cortex is the dried root bark of Lycium barbarum L.and Lycium chinense Mill,with the functions of cooling blood and removing steam,clearing the lung and lowering fire.Therefore,the plants have high medicinal value and nutritional value.Lycium yunnanense Kuang et A.M.Lu which belongs to the genus Lycium?Solanaceae?,and is commonly found in such places as Luquan,Jingdong,Fu Ning,Yanshan and Malipo in Yunnan province,China,born in the riverside wet sandy soil or jungle in elevation of 7002200 meters.Because previous studies on the Lycium yunnanense Kuang et A.M.Lu were relatively rare,their chemical composition deserves further investigation.In this dissertation,the chemical constituents of the root of Lycium yunnanense Kuang et A.M.Lu were studied in depth.By using a variety of modern chromatographictechniques on separation and purification,35 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble part of 95%ethanol extract of the plant roots.According to UV,IR,MS,NMR,CD and other spectroscopic methods as well as their physicochemical constants,they were identified as:lyciumamide K?LY-1?,cannabisin D?LY-2?,1,2-dihydro-6,8-dimethoxy-7-hydroxy-1-?3,4-dihydroxyphenyl?-N1,N2-bis[2-?4-hydroxyphenyl?ethyl]-2,3-naphthalenedicarboxamide?LY-3?,?1,2-trans?-N3-?4-acetamidobutyl?-1-?3,4-dihydroxyphenyl?-7-hydroxy-N2-?4-hydroxy phenethyl?-6,8-dimethoxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2,3-dicarboxamide?LY-4?,cannabisin F?LY-5?,?E?-2-?4,5-dihydroxy-2-{3-[?4-hydroxyphenethyl?amino]-3-oxopropyl}phenyl?-3-?4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl?-N-?4-acetamidobutyl?acryla mide?LY-6?,?E?-2-?4,5-dihydroxy-2-{3-[?4-hydroxyphenethyl?amino]-3-oxopropyl}phenyl?-3-?4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl?-N-?4-acetamidobutyl?acrylamide?LY-7?,grossamide?LY-8?,dihydrogrossamide?LY-9?,thoreliamideB?LY-10?,N-trans-feruloyltyramine?LY-11?,N-cis-feruloyltyramine?LY-12?,N-p-coumaroyltyramine?LY-13?,N-trans-caffeoyltyramine?LY-14?,dihydro-N-caffeoyltyramine?LY-15?,N-[2-?3,4-dihydroxyphenyl?-2-hydroxyethyl]-3-?4-methoxyphenyl?prop-2-enamide?LY-16?,dihydro-feruloyltyramine?LY-17?,N-trans-feruloyl-3'-O-methyldopamine?LY-18?,N-trans-coumaroyloctopamine?LY-19?,N-trans-Sinapoyltyramine?LY-20?,benzenepropanamide,4-hydroxy-N-[?2S?-2-hydroxy-2-?4-hydroxyphenyl?ethyl]-3-methoxy?LY-21?,N-acetyl-N'-trans-feruloylputrescin?LY-22?,?+?-syringaresinol?LY-23?,olivil?LY-24?,nootkatone?LY-25?,soltorvum C?LY-26?,2-?1',2'-dihydroxy-1'-methylethyl?-6,10-dimethyl-9-hydroxyspiro?4,5?dec-6-en-8-one?LY-27?,lycifuranone A?LY-28?,scopoletin?LY-29?,5-hydroxymethyl-furfural?LY-30?,zarzissine?LY-31?,syringaldehyde?LY-32?,3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzyl alcohol?LY-33?,vanillin?LY-34?,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde?LY-35?.Among them,compound LY-1 is a new compound,compounds LY-9 and LY-21 were new natural products,the compounds LY-10,LY-?1622?,LY-?2428?,LY-?3033?,LY-35 were obtained from this plant for the first time.Furthermore,compounds LY-18?LY-1020?LY-2224?LY-2830 were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activities.The results show that the amide alkaloids?LY-1122?have different degrees of anti-NO release activities.Among them,compounds LY-1314 showed stronger anti-inflammatory activities than others,with IC500 values of 10.68±2.36 and 8.98±0.57?M,respectively.In addition,partial lignanamides?LY-12,LY-57?were also evaluated for antioxidant activities in vitro by ORAC assay.The results showed that all of these compounds have different degrees of scavenging ability of oxygen free radicals,and the new compound LY-1has the most significant antioxidant activity with an ORAC value?U/mol?of 7.90±0.52.
