Objective Neuroendocrine tumor(NENs)is a relatively rare type of tumor in clinical work.In recent years, the incidence of neuroendocrine tumor has been found to increase year by year.By statistics and analysis of the related case characteristics of patients with NENs from January 2010 to June 2017 in Shihezi, the present situation of NENs disease in the area of Shihezi and the analysis of the various diseases in GEP-NEN were analyzed. The relationship between the physical characteristics and the prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to collect the clinical data of NENs patients in two hospitals in Shihezi area(the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College and Shihezi people's Hospital)in January 2010 to june 2017,including sex, age, time of diagnosis, primary site, tumor classification, and swelling.Tumor staging, immunohistochemical characteristics, lymph node metastasis, etc.,and telephone interviews to understand the current survival of patients. Results 1.The number of NENs diseases in Shihezi area in 1.2010 years was increasing in 1.2010 years,10 cases in 2010,19 in 2011,34 in 2012,49 in 2013,38 in 2014,69 in 2015,49 in 2016,21 cases.2.There were 289 cases of NENs in two hospitals in Shihezi from January 2010 to June 2017.The onset age is 16-85,the mean age is(56.72 ± 10.65),of all the 289 cases,40-60 years of age accounted for 52.60%.3.289 cases of NENs patients, there were 151 men(52.59%)and 138 women(47.41%),and the ratio of men and women was 1.094:1.4.The most common lesions is the digestive system,The most common place in men and women is the digestive system(The rectum is more common). The rectum(115 cases,39.79%),followed by lung(58cases,20.07%),stomach(44 cases,15.23%),thyroid(19 cases, accounting for 6.57%),colon(13 cases,4.49%),esophagus(8 cases,2.77%),breast(6 cases,2.08%),pancreas(5 cases,1.73%),peritoneum(4cases,1.38%)and duodenum(4 cases,1.38%),2 cases of the liver, the gallbladder, the appendix and the bladder,1 cases of adrenal, cervix, ovary, eye and head.Among them, the multiple parts of the male are the rectum, the lungs and the stomach. The multiple locations of the women are the rectum, the stomach and the lungs.5.289 cases of NENs,including 161 cases of neuroendocrine tumor(55.71%),116 cases(40.14%)of neuroendocrine carcinoma,12 cases of mixed type of neuroendocrine carcinoma(4.15%).6.A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of gastroenteric pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors from January2010 to December 2014 in Shihezi area, including 36 males and 32 females,is mostly located in the rectum.7.The single factor analysis showed that except for the sex,the age, location, tumor size,T stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis are might be prognostic factors for gastroenteric pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.8.The results of Cox multifactor analysis showed that Age(P=0.024)and operation mode(P=0.001)are independent prognostic factors of GEP-NEN patients. Conclusion 1.The number of NENs diseases in Shihezi area increased year by year from 2017 to 2010,and can occur at different ages, the age of high incidence is 40 years old to 60 years old.2.NENs can occur in different tissues or organs. In Shihezi, the digestive system is more common and the rectum is the main.3.Neuroendocrine tumor is more common in neuroendocrine tumor types.4.Survival analysis of 68 patients with GEP-NEN showed that except for the sex,the age, location, tumor size,T stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis are might be prognostic factors for gastroenteric pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
