Objective: To systematically understand the current status of treatment of patients with stable COPD in the Shihezi area of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine, assess the standardization of treatment, and find out the gap between COPD clinical practice and GOLD COPD guidelines in the region and analyze the gaps. The reason is to provide better and more comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and management of COPD in the region.Method: Through the CAT evaluation,mMRC assessment, lung function tests, and comprehensive questionnaire surveys in COPD patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine, the general situation of patients with COPD was systematically assessed, and a comprehensive assessment was performed to assess the degree of smoking, drug treatment, and whether Correct use of inhalants, lung function training, home oxygen therapy, and a comprehensive analysis of patient treatment status. Results: 1.80 patients with COPD,13 patients in group A,16 patients in group B,6 patients in group C,and 45 patients in group D.2.The average age of group A,B and C was 70.23±6.91 years old,and the average age of group D was 73.82±5.79 years old.The patients in group A,B and C were younger than group D.3.The use of inhaled drugs in accordance with the recommended drug of the 2017 version of GOLD: The coincidence rate of the A,B and C combined groups was better than that of the D group;the coincidence rate of the GOLD2 group was better than that of the GOLD3 group, and the differences were statistically significant.4.The use of inhaled drugs The correct situation: A,B,C combined group was better than the D group;GOLD2 group was better than the GOLD3 group, the difference was statistically significant.5.Whether the drug use accords with the recommended drug of GOLD is related to the education level of the patient and the family annual income(P<0.01);whether the use of inhalation device is correct is related to the education level of the patient and the family annual income(P<0.01).6.Inhaled drugs There were 56 patients who met the recommended drug of GOLD and 24 patients who did not meet the criteria. The mean mMRC score of the matched group and the mean CAT score were lower than the unmatched group, and the differences were statistically significant.7.The smoking rate was 38.46%(5/13)in group A,43.75%(7/16)in group B,66.67%(4/6)in group C,and 37.78%(17/45)in group D.The status of home oxygen therapy: 0 in group A,2 in group B,1 in group C,and 10 in group D.Conclusion: In the stable COPD patients in this region, there are more elderly people and the types of medications are complex. There is a big difference between the actual medication and the recommended medication in the GOLD D group patients and pulmonary function GOLD level 3 patients, and the mode of medication is not standardized. The degree of standardization of drug use and the correct use of inhalation devices in COPD stable patients in the region are related to the level of education of the patients and the annual household income.Non-pharmacological treatments for COPD in the stable phase of the region are not valued.Standardized treatment of COPD requires the joint efforts of patients, physicians, and society.
