The Value Of Spectral CT In Differentiating Infectious And Non-infectious Seroperitoneum Of Liver Cirrhosis

Object To evaluate the value of spectral CT in differential diagnosis between infectious and non-infectious abdominal seroperitoneum of liver cirrhosis.Method A total of 60 cases diagnosed by histopathological or laboratory liver cirrhosis abdominal abdominal seroperitoneum were enrolled from October 2016 to October 2017 in department of Gastroenterology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Shehezi University Medical College.The cases those have been diagnosed tuberculosis heart failure and other malignant tumor patient at the same time will be taken out according the inclusion and exclusion criteria.So we can get 60 case aged 40 to 76 years old on average 58 years old in this study.All patients were performed abdominocentesis and upper abdomen spectral CT.These cases have been divided into two group including the infectious and the non-infectious group according to biochemical and other clinical data of abdominal puncture fluid.We can know 16 cases of male and 10 cases of female could be included in the infectious group.There were 21 cases of male and13 cases of female in the other group named nou-infectious group.Spectrum CT scans spectroscopy analysis software is used to analyze the mean of CT of mixed energy values and monochromatic images(40-140keV10,ke V interval),effective atomic number(effect-Z)and water(calcium),water(iodine)were measured and compare the slope types and characteristic of spectral curve.All results were statistically analyzed.Results The CT value of 140 ke V mixed energy in the two groups have no statistical difference(P > 0.05),the infectious group of spectrum CT curve slope is greater than non-infectious group,the two groups have different curve types,in monochromatic images.CT value(70-140 keV,10 kev interval)CT value,spectrum curve slope,effective atomic number,water(calcium)and,water(iodine)in the two groups have statistically significant differences(P < 0.01).Conclusion The slope of Energy spectrum CT,single energy CT value,the effective atomic number,water-calcium density and water-iodine density can be used to identify the properties of the peritoneal effusion of liver cirrhosis.
