Significance Of Peripheral Blood TAP Detection In Diagnosis Of Ovarian Cancer

Purpose:To investigate the significance of tumour abnormal protein(TAP)in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,and to determine whether there was any difference in the expression of benign malignant tumor and clinical stage.Are there any correlations between tumor markers of ovarian cancer.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2017,81 ovarian cancer patients were admitted to the Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital.In the same period,50 patients with ovarian benign tumors were control groups.The patient was taken from the empty abdominal finger tip blood smear for TAP testing.Using chemiluminescence as a human epididymal protein(HE4),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)were examined to analyze the expression of TAP in ovarian cancer and ovarian benign tumors in different stages of ovarian cancer.situation,The correlation between different tumor markers was compared.Using SPSS 24 statistical software for statistical analysis,the TAP line T tests of ovarian cancer and ovarian benign tumors were performed.The ROC curve were drawn to evaluate the significance of diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.It's statistical significance,if p<0.01.In ovarian cancer,TAP and CA125,TAP and CA153,HE4 and CA125 were compared,Pearson,Kendall's,and Spearman correlation tests were performed,and the data was observed according to scatter plots and line charts,p<0.01 statistically significant Significant correlations were found at the 0.01 level.Results:The TAP was higher than that of benign ovarian tumors in ovarian cancer patients.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).There are differences in expression of TAP in different stages of ovarian cancer(p<0.01).The changes of TAP and CA125,TAP and CA153,HE4 and CA125 in ovarian carcinoma showed significant correlation(TAP and CA125:r=0.406,p<0.01;TAP and CA1153:r=0.525,p<0.01;HE4 and CA125:r=0.503,p<0.01).Conclusions:The tumor abnormal protein TAP has a certain clinical significance in the diagnosis ofovarian cancer.The level of TAP detection may have a certain relationship with the condition of Disease staging.TAP and CA125,TAP and CA153,and HE4 and CA125 were correlated in ovarian cancer patients.
