Objective To research the effect and mechanism of dezocine preconditioning on neuronal apoptosis induced by whole cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury on rats.Methods 48 health male Wistar mats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Sham operation group(group S),ischemia-reperfusion group(group IR),dezocine preconditioning group(group D).At 24 h after reperfusion,the expression of Caspase-3 and the activity of SOD were measured;the morphological change and apoptotic situations of neurons in the cerebral tissue were observed by section and dyeing.Results Compared with group S,the positive rate of apoptotic neurons and the expression of Caspace-3 on the others groups were increased,while the activity of SOD was decreased(P<0.05).The positive rate of apoptotic neurons and the expression of Caspace-3 were higher on rats of group D compared with group IR while the activity of SOD was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine preconditionging can protect the neurons of rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,meanwhile,the mechanism may be related to inhibiting Caspase-3 and abating neurons Oxidative Sress.
