Every year,a large number of patients with structural heart disease in China need surgical treatment.Current medical imaging technology is difficult to provide accurate cardiovascular anatomy information.In particular,accurate diagnosis of complex structural heart disease is a clinical problem.3D printing technology-specific materials The molding method is more suitable for preparing a medical entity model with a complex internal structure.The three-dimensional printing solid heart model can intuitively present the accurate three-dimensional anatomy of the heart and blood vessels,which helps to accurately understand the position of the structure and the relative spatial relationship.At present,most of the studies in this direction are using hard materials to print a patient's heart model,and only show the anatomical structure of the heart and the spatial relationship of each part.The3 D printing constructs a soft heart model,and based on this as a basis for physical simulation surgery,used for auxiliary diagnosis and surgical planning research,domestic rare reports.In addition,the preoperative planning of virtual surgery based on digital technology is difficult to reflect the operation of the actual operation in a real and intuitive manner,and the simulation results tend to have a large deviation from the actual situation.Comparison with CT medical image data shows that this technique can accurately construct a ventricular septal defect heart model with a dimensional accuracy of ±5 ?m.PolyJet 3D printing technology with multi-material blending printing system,design and construction of soft digital materials with different Shore hardness,through mechanical characterization,compared Young's modulus,fracture strength,viscoelasticity,glass transition temperature and resistance Tear strength and other important mechanical properties,optimization and selection of the most suitable for the simulation of cardiac tissue mechanical properties of digital materials for solid model construction and simulation of surgical simulation.Based on the intrinsic mechanical properties of the material,a high-precision surgical process simulation was performed using finite analysis,and the internal stress and strain distribution inside the solid soft heart model was accurately constructed to verify the feasibility of the simulated surgery,and to further develop multi-material anisotropy.The soft simulation heart model provides the basis for mechanical analysis.
