Both tuberculosis and pulmonary embolism are common diseases of the respiratory system,whose parts of clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations are similar.Patients coexisting tuberculosis and pulmonary embolism are easily misdiagnosed,which delays the treatment of pulmonary embolism and affects the prognosis of the patients.The paper briefly describes the incidence of tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary embolism and its possible pathogenesis,and analyzes the risk factors,clinical features,Wells score and auxiliary examination,in order to raise the awareness of doctors to patients coexisting tuberculosis and pulmonary embolism and identify patients,thereby improve the diagnostic rates of pulmonary embolism of patients with tuberculosis and give the patients appropriate treatment as early as possible to reduce mortality rates and improve the prognosis of patients.
