Perioperative acute kidney injury is a common complication that can result in increased morbidity and mortality in surgical patients.The clinical diagnosis of AKI is still mainly by serum creatinine changes.Given the deficiency of serum creatinine and urine output as diagnostic markers for acute kidney injury,new biomarkers are under investigation.The perioperative risk factors of acute kidney injury were mainly related to the patient's condition,operation and anesthesia.Anesthesiologists need to identify patients with acute kidney injury risk,make individualized regimens,optimize management during the surgery to prevent perioperative acute kidney injury. |
